Having difficulty tracking your package?

Email your tracking number and your query to our Customer Support team at info@jamaicapost.gov.jm where we’ll be more than happy to assist you. Please note that we are only able to track packages starting with the letters “R, E, C, F and Z”. You may contact your local Post Office to make periodic checks on the status of your Ordinary mail items (those without a valid tracking number).
