Send a Parcel

Parcels are any items that are packaged and weigh over 500g

You will need:

i) A valid Government issued ID Card (Voters’ ID or Drivers’ Licence or Passport)

ii) TRN

iii) Full name, address, telephone number and/or email address of both the sender and addressee

iv) If being sent overseas, do not seal your package or envelope as it will need to be checked at the counter

You can send your parcels using one of our expedited service or as ordinary mail. Ask you post office about the one that best suits your needs.

Receive A Parcel

Parcels are any items that are packaged and weigh over 500g

You will need:

i) A valid Government issued ID (Passport, National Voters ID or Drivers’ License)

ii) If the parcel is registered you’ll need to present your registered slip at the Post Office when collecting your item

If you are sending someone to collect your item on your behalf they will need to provide:

i) An authorization letter from you, signed by you.

ii) A copy of your valid Government issued ID (Passport, National Voters ID or Drivers’ License) and

iii) their  Government issued ID (Passport, National Voters ID or Drivers’ License) which must be valid.

If you are overseas for an extended period of time and need someone to collect your parcels or other mail items on your behalf you should provide:

i) The Post Office with an authorization letter from you, signed by you and stamped by a Justice of the Peace or if you reside overseas a Notary Public. The letter should be given to the Post Office and is valid for three months.

ii) A copy of your valid Government issued ID (Passport, National Voters ID or Drivers’ License) also notarized by a Notary Public or Justice of the Peace.

The person collecting on your behalf should present:

i) their Government issued ID (Passport, National Voters ID or Drivers’ License) which must be valid.
